You should not submit any information that you do not wish to be kept.    (In this case, our school demands that the outsourced firm correctly handles all private information. An outsourced company may request information from an information supplier company, such as name, address, phone number, age, etc. Even so, we oversee the use of this personal information and will only allow its use when necessary to provide service.)
4. When the personal information is processed in a way that does not reveal identifiable information and is used as aggregated or statistical data
