●IBDP Teacher Mathematics: 1 person who can also teach physics
●Place of work: Teikyo University Kani High School
●Job description: IB course Physics and Mathematics teacher. Work will begin on September 1, 2026.
●Work contents:
(1) IB Course Physics and Mathematics lessons, up to 18 classes (1 class: 45 min) per week. For the DP, teach a minimum of 150 hours for IBDP SL lessons, and 240 hours for HL lessons over the course of 2 years.
(2) Working hours will be from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, regardless of whether classes are in session or not. However, those who use the bus to commute to work will be required actively to actively provide after school supplementary lessons by alternating between the first and second bus routes, and to strictly adhere to the monthly working hours. Teachers will also be required to attend weekly meetings to plan the curriculum.
(3) Operation of enrolment and implementation of admissions tests
(4) Student recruitment activity
(5) Other works required of full-time high school teachers, including but not limited to homeroom duties, student counseling, and participating in extra-curricular clubs or activities
(6) Participating in professional development workshops
Holidays and vacations: All holidays are approximate and will depend on the schedule set by the First Party at the start of the school year. Holidays will include: Japanese national holidays (Approximately 15 days per year). Approximately 5 weeks in summer (Mid/late July ~ late August). Approximately 2 weeks for winter and 2 weeks for spring breaks.
(7) Cooperating as much as possible with our school events, classes, and public relations activities for the Japanese Course (NC).
